In Short

  • Serve as the operational strategic point of contact for client carriers and partners.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Client Operational Specialists.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and manage escalated operational issues.
  • Participate in SOW/MSA discussions and provide operational input.
  • Deliver clear operational presentations and lead discussions on staffing impacts.
  • Manage all escalated operational issues from intake to resolution.
  • Facilitate on-site client visits and provide operational support for business reviews.
  • Engage vertical leads internally for client inquiries.
  • Assist with client business reviews providing operational input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, financial industry, or education.
  • Effective facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to support multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Experience in technical training for business analysis or programming.
  • Software knowledge in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Software.
  • Ability to travel 10% -20% of the time.
