Overview

The Marketing Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for leading activities to achieve membership/enrollment goals through various means including marketing projects, health fairs, community activities, and more.

In Short

• Plans and conducts events such as meetings and training sessions.
• Develops and maintains business relationships to increase membership.
• Represents the department at various internal and external meetings.
• Delivers presentations for training and outreach activities.
• Acts as a liaison for market materials and reports.
• Coordinates field marketing events and grassroots lead generation.
• May develop plans to increase enrollment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of sales/marketing experience, preferably with government products.
• Health insurance or managed care experience is a plus.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Life and Health License must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
