• Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-workstream initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Highly proficient in project management and analytics tools.
• SQL experience is a plus.
