• Lead the transformation of the People Analytics dashboard portfolio.
• Define the future-state BI platform strategy.

• Drive work forward with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Advanced expertise in building dashboards in Tableau or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data models.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant BI initiatives.
• Ability to partner with Director-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.
• Experience in governance-driven data environments.
