Requirements

• Strong foundation in US GAAP.
• Experience with payroll and equity compensation accounting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Passionate about process improvement and automation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
