In Short

• Serve as a technical resource for developers using Milvus via support channels like Discord and virtual meetings.
• Help troubleshoot issues in Milvus Docker/Kubernetes deployment and guide developers toward successful implementations.
• Work directly with strategic users to accelerate adoption and recommend best practices in large scale vector search.
• Surface feedback to engineering and product teams to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• A technical background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in DevOps, solutions engineering, or backend development.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Excellent communication and empathy in developer-facing conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with database systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize user impact, and advocate for developers internally.
