Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with compliance regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
