Senior Interactive Technologist - Remote

In Short

• Your primary focus is to hone your craft while developing thoughtful, original digital experiences that are on-strategy.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and contribute to conceptual directions and collaborations.
• Develop best-in-class digital experiences amongst a number of fun and challenging projects and products.
• Lead a major project and support 1-2 other ongoing builds.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, developers, and designers.
• Utilize collaborative processes with the design team to finesse the interaction model of the site.
• Establish clear accessibility goals, performance-oriented tactics, and SEO best practices.
• Keep each project organized and forecast risks to ensure expectations are met.
• Work towards a mentorship role with fellow Interactive Technologists.
• Write and maintain code that is reusable and optimized for performance.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Front-End core languages (HTML, CSS, ES6+ JavaScript).
• Experience in Svelte/SvelteKit or similar (NextJs, Nuxt).
• Familiarity with Vercel or other similar cloud hosting platforms.
• Understanding of working with/developing APIs (GraphQL, REST).
• Familiarity with SCSS/Tailwind.
• 5+ years of interactive development experience within a creative industry.
• Experience developing 3-5 ecommerce websites in the past 2 years.
