Requirements

Highly independent work style with no need for micromanagement.
Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
Willingness to travel and flexibility in travel planning.
Ability to build and restore trust.
Passion for building relationships.
Experience in sales, business development, onboarding, and technical implementations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or IoT context.
Ability to structure complex technical content clearly.
Pragmatic approach to get things done independently.
Fluent in German and communicative in English.
Must reside in Germany.
