Overview

We are looking for a passionate Mid-Level Tech Recruiter focused on candidate experience, capable of finding, evaluating, and hiring highly qualified individuals to support Zenvia's growth, primarily in technology roles.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Technology, Business, Finance, and HR roles.
• Utilize Greenhouse, one of the best applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to identify the best fit for each vacancy.
• Act as a point of contact for managers, guiding them on recruitment best practices.
• Ensure the best possible experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding activities to attract talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports for decision-making.
• Support the development of new hires to ensure their integration and success.
• Stay updated on technology market trends and in-demand skills.

Requirements

• Reside anywhere in Brazil.
• Proven experience in recruiting IT professionals, familiar with key technology areas.
• Ability to use recruitment tools and willingness to operate processes with AI software.
• Experience with various types of vacancies and levels of experience.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with constant changes.
• Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and deadline adherence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
