Overview

As a Red Team Lead, you’ll be Zen’s driving force in orchestrating comprehensive penetration tests across various systems within our federal client’s enterprise, focusing on high-value assets.

In Short

• Lead execution of Red Team exercises from data collection to exploitation stages.
• Ensure compliance with DHS standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Red Team plans and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Red Team analyst.
• At least 2 years as a Red Team Lead or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Azure Security Center and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of DHS standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and briefing.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in developing Red Team documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSSP Analyst, GIAC GPEN).
