Overview

The Junior Implementation Specialist at Zeller is responsible for managing the late stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for merchants and facilitating the implementation of Zeller's services.

• Manage the implementation process for merchants post-sale.
• Deliver training and support to ensure timely go-live for merchants.
• Identify and resolve obstacles during the implementation cycle.

• Track merchant interactions using Hubspot CRM.

• Conduct both virtual and in-person consultations with merchants.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong time management skills and quick learning ability.
• Adept at problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and own car preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
