Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections, responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination.

In Short

  • Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections.
  • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to improve scheduling processes and streamline communications.
  • Maintain awareness of the pipeline for assigned verticals to ensure project execution.
  • Provide support for sales operations activities including reporting and product launches.
  • Assist pilots and customers with general inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment (transactional work, logistics, customer service).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to problem-solve with support.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Works well in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel.
