Overview

The Payroll & People Operations Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations for our UK employees and contracted team members, overseeing payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with HR software for data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
