Overview

The Cloud Operator I role involves monitoring customer data and application performance, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to both customers and internal teams.

In Short

• Monitor incoming customer data in production and non-production environments.
• Verify business operations through dashboards and logging systems.
• Triage batch errors at the first level.
• Drive manual recurring processes of the batch.
• Communicate proactively to resolve service requests.
• Maintain an updated ticketing system with client care team support.
• Provide regular updates within the Zafin team.
• Adhere to defined support processes.
• Support the development of a customer knowledge base.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamental certification or knowledge in cloud computing.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with process methodologies in the software industry.
• Experience with ticketing systems and batch monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive with a strong desire to learn.
