Overview

This role involves building the first contact with potential clients in the coaching and consulting industry, qualifying them, and strategically guiding them towards collaboration.

Requirements

• Motivation and willingness to learn – previous sales experience is not necessary.
• Structured, reliable work ethic and discipline.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Fluent in German; English is a plus due to international clientele.
• Previous exposure to coaching, consulting, or online marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
