Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

• You will take full responsibility for the performance of our key portfolio companies.
• You will lead communication and project management, both internally and with our clients.
• You will conceptualize, create, and scale paid social campaigns (and ideally also search campaigns) on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
• You will create regular performance reports covering relevant KPIs for your accounts.
• With your analytical strength, you can precisely evaluate campaign data, optimally manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Experience: You have successfully planned, implemented, and optimized paid social (and ideally also search) campaigns with monthly budgets in the 5- to 6-figure range.
• Mindset: Growth is in your DNA – you think big, act agile, and feel at home in the startup world.
