Python Developer for Marina Management System - Remote

Overview

YouNav is seeking a Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Marina Management System. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with a small, collaborative team.

• Develop and maintain features within our Python-based stack.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience using Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Experience with Odoo is a plus.
• Comfort with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for full-stack tasks.
• Ability to manage and optimize PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Business-savvy mindset to understand the business context.
• Experience with medium/large legacy codebases is preferred.
