In Short

• Responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategy, tactics, and content in support of company goals.
• Identify and influence proposed legislation.
• Create, strengthen, and expand relationships with key stakeholders in government.
• Coordinate with advocacy and policy partners to align initiatives.
• Support implementation of operational improvements for public affairs goals.
• Utilize offline and online tactics to reach key stakeholders.
• Support executive team with external consultants’ activities.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in Legislative Affairs or Government.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to develop persuasive messaging for policymakers.
• Excellent knowledge of legislative policy issues.
• Expertise in lobbying and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong managerial skills including communication and negotiation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
