Member Benefits Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Member Benefits Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of Yoga Alliance’s vendor partnerships and member benefit programs. This role plays a critical role in supporting partnership operations and member benefit execution — ensuring potential member partners are vetted thoroughly, active member partnerships are maintained accurately, and member benefits are launched, tracked, and supported with care.

In Short

• Support day-to-day account maintenance for active vendor partners.
• Manage and track inventory across member benefit channels.
• Oversee tracking of benefit placements and promotion fulfillment.
• Manage inbound interest from prospective vendor partners.
• Prepare and maintain Due Diligence & Eligibility Reports.
• Support yearly contract auditing processes.
• Coordinate new vendor partner setup and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Prepare internal materials and summaries for partner evaluation.
• Assist in nurturing existing partnerships through follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business development or similar roles.
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and project management platforms.
• Ability to innovate and improve processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven track record of contributing to inclusive work environments.
• Ability to attend in-person work-related events as needed.
