In Short

  • Assist Yodeck customers by responding to their questions.
  • Guide customers through product usage and troubleshooting.
  • Work rotating night shifts (02:00 - 06:00 & 06:00 - 10:00 GMT +2).
  • Handle incoming messages, emails, chat, and phone inquiries.
  • Provide information on Yodeck products and features.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
  • Triaging and prioritizing tickets for critical issues.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements

  • Passion for technology and customer service.
  • Availability for night shifts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
