• Facilitate new hire training programs for the Product team.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires.
• Manage team-specific live training sessions.
• Assess and provide feedback on technical projects (SQL, Python).
• Communicate performance updates to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain and improve training documentation.
• Review candidate assignments and support hiring targets.
• Support Business Operations with cross-functional projects.
• Gather data for decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Interest in supporting talent growth and learning initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Alignment with working hours: 12:30pm - 8:30pm IST.
