Technical Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

E7 Solutions is looking for an organized, personable, and self-starting Technical Support Specialist to oversee and manage the flow of support requests through our Jira Service Management Portal.

In Short

• Monitor, resolve, and escalate incoming support tickets.
• Develop and maintain schedules for ongoing support projects.
• Configure and manage the client Atlassian Suite.
• Identify opportunities for improving support workflows.
• Gather new requirements and build out POC for new functionality.
• Establish rollout plan and provide necessary training.

Requirements

• Successful background in a Technical Support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Atlassian on-prem and cloud products.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
