Overview

This part-time position offers an opportunity to support our clients in several key functional areas of HR, including compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll and benefits consulting, talent acquisition, policy development, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Broad and deep HR experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR management platforms
• Comfort in a small company environment
• Able to occasionally be onsite with clients
