Requirements

• 3+ years in motion design or visual content role.
• Strong graphic design skills and understanding of digital assets.
• Proficiency in design software: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with both static and motion creatives.
• Strong design and animation principles.
• Experience in a collaborative design environment.
• Clear workflow discipline and asset organization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools in creative work.
• Bonus: Experience with mobile apps or performance marketing.
