Marketing Intern (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Intern to support our Compliance team with documentation and marketing-related projects. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong time management, creativity, and computer skills.

In Short

• Create and modify internal forms and slide decks
• Ensure adherence to brand templates and formatting standards
• Manage task deadlines – some quick turnarounds, others long-term
• Assist with social media content creation and management (a plus)
• Support web marketing efforts (a plus)
• Help organize and plan company events (a plus)
• Collaborate with team members in office as needed, especially during onboarding and training

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow criteria and develop professional documents from scratch
• Self-directed with solid time management
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Resides within commuting distance of Broussard, LA
• Prior experience with social media, marketing, or event planning is a bonus
