Marketing Intern - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our East Environment Marketing team, providing hands-on experience to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice.

In Short

• Assist with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs.
• Contribute to writing/editing/formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
• Manage text revisions based on review teams' direction.
• Support development and updating of marketing materials.
• Participate in internal debriefs as part of the pursuit team.
• Follow company quality procedures and approval processes.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Perform self-check of work before submission for review.
• Help develop internal and external social media announcements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Completion of at least 2 years of study required.
• Recent graduates eligible if pursuing a master’s degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
