Overview

The Director of Market Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the helpdesk team and ensuring efficient support for APX’s platform and customers. This role requires strong technical knowledge in grid operations and exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the North American electric power sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to grid operations.
• 3+ years in a grid operations or technical support role.
• 5+ years in a people management role.
