Overview

Xpansiv® is seeking a motivated and process-oriented Manager for its Clean Transportation business unit, responsible for leading a team to manage and grow client relationships in the clean transportation and renewable energy sectors.

In Short

• Lead a team of 2-6 members in a remote setting.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely reporting and credit generation.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Continuously improve quality and efficiency in service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of in-state programs and policies.
• Measure team progress against company goals.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite effectively.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a high-performance team.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
