Transportation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a creative and motivated Transportation Project Manager to oversee and manage transportation projects and teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage and mentor project teams on transportation projects.
• Develop project pursuit strategies and establish client relationships.
• Oversee project administration from budgeting to contract closeout.
• Ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Provide guidance to subordinate managers and enforce project policies.
• Promote AECOM’s values to clients and within teams.
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with client account management and engineering staff development.
• Work with local management to execute project delivery.
• Responsible for profit/loss management of assigned projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive project design and delivery experience.
• Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience as project manager or lead engineer on WISDOT projects.
