Legal Analyst for Structured Investment Funds - Remote

Overview

This opportunity is for the Legal area that serves the entire fiduciary administration of investment funds in general (especially structured funds) and investment clubs, distribution, and in providing qualified services, while also contributing to various fronts related to regulation, governance, and the development of new products and services. Your mission will be to further boost the growth of the structured investment fund administration area as part of the team.

In Short

• Act as a focal point between the Legal team and the Fiduciary Administration of Structured Funds.
• Respond to inquiries about structured investment fund structures.
• Participate in the structuring of structured funds for public distribution.
• Analyze documents of structured assets to be acquired by the funds.
• Supervise the drafting of distribution contracts for various types of funds.
• Assist in conducting General Assemblies and fiduciary events related to the funds.
• Organize and supervise the signing of documents.
• Maintain standard documentation for the area.
• Participate in activities related to adapting the industry to new regulations.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Law.
• Organization and ability to handle multiple demands.
• At least 3 years of experience with structured funds or in the capital markets.
• Knowledge of legal norms for investment funds, especially Res CVM 175.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation and proactivity with a focus on results.
