• Xometry is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join our expanding team.
• This role will be crucial in optimizing our operations forecasting, from quoting, ordering, sourcing and shipping.
• Develop appropriate forecasts and establish a results-oriented Sales and Operations process with metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Present key findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to create dynamic reports and models.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on forecasting and data analysis.
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and utilizing statistical analysis.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
