MFG/DFM Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Full technical ownership and supervision from customer order to customer feedback on finished products.
• Conducting a manufacturability assessment of parts from a technical perspective.
• Preparing technical files for production partners.
• Oversee and manage engineering cases from customer orders to final product delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supplier quality and order fulfillment.
• Apply engineering knowledge to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and quality.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct visits to customers and suppliers to understand technical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proficiency in Turkish.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge about CNC machining and sheet metal applications.
• Knowledge about GD&T tolerances and production methods.
• Capable of giving design feedback and using CAD.
• Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions.
• A self-starter who works independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
