In Short

• Produce and execute effective multi-channel campaigns including designing emails from templates and HTML.
• Create and enhance various automated campaigns throughout the customer journey.
• Create and manage transactional emails.
• Engage with various target audiences.
• Manage and execute an email marketing calendar.
• Run ad hoc campaigns across multiple countries.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyse results, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce email marketing.
• Strong experience with marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to quickly edit, translate, and maintain multilingual campaigns.
• Comfortable collaborating with regional marketing specialists.
• Ability to produce design assets independently.
• Experience in developing, managing, and analysing large email marketing databases.
• Experience with integration and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing technologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
