Overview

As part of the team x CRM team, you will support the CRM Account Director in implementing and automating CRM strategies, primarily through email marketing activities for our client Mercedes-Benz.

In Short

  • Support in developing marketing strategies to achieve client goals
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including timelines, target audience, and content coordination
  • Create reports and use data analysis & KPIs to measure and improve campaign success
  • Assist in preparing monthly billing for agency services to the client
  • Collaborate closely with the creative department (copywriting & design) to create emails and possibly offline advertising materials
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal agency departments
  • Coordinate external service providers, such as proofreading or freelancers

Requirements

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally two years of relevant professional experience in CRM/campaign management in a consulting firm, startup, or agency
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for projects from creation to reporting and welcome new topics & challenges
  • Hands-on mentality with a data-driven mindset and structured working style
  • Experience in campaign management with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
