In Short

• Support resource management and ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
• Design, build, and configure SAP EC Payroll to meet business requirements.
• Apply advanced knowledge in Mexican payroll processes.
• Calculate and notify the Daily Integrated Salary (SDI).
• Process extraordinary payrolls, settlements, and liquidations.
• Calculate taxes, exemptions, and contributions (IMSS, ISR, State Tax).
• Calculate benefits (savings funds, meal vouchers).
• Manage internal company loans.
• Generate files for SUA.
• Timbrado of payroll (CFDI).

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
