Senior Cloud System Administrator (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Cloud System Administrator will be responsible for the development and administration of modern Microsoft infrastructures, supporting project work, and implementing automation solutions to optimize processes.

In Short

• Expand and develop modern Microsoft infrastructure.
• Support project work and build new cloud infrastructures for customer projects.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Exchange, and Office 365 environments ensuring backup and security.
• Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Runbooks, and Azure Functions.
• Continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure for uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new technologies.
• Set up and maintain interfaces to various systems and applications.
• Implement security policies to ensure data and system security.
• Train and develop team members and create technical documentation.
• Provide technical consulting to clients in information security.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID including Identity Governance.
• Excellent experience with Power Automate and workflow creation.
• Extensive knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint.
• Experience with PowerShell Runbooks and Azure Functions.
• Ability to connect interfaces to various systems and applications.
• Independent, solution-oriented work style.
• High level of motivation, initiative, and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Knowledge in IT project management and experience in leading or participating in IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
