In Short

• Develop and maintain Microsoft infrastructure services including AD/AAD, Office 365, Intune, and Exchange.
• Set up monitoring and troubleshoot infrastructure services.
• Manage documentation, processes, procedures, and knowledge base.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft technologies required.
• Experience in designing and managing Microsoft infrastructure.
• Skills in automation and scripting (PowerShell or similar) for process optimization.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with security compliance requirements for Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid and cloud infrastructure management, especially Azure integration.
• Conversational English is required.

Requirements

• Strong background in Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and related services.
• Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure design and management.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or other tools.
• Understanding of network protocols and security standards.
• Familiarity with hybrid and cloud solutions.
• English language proficiency.
