Identity Access Engineer - Security Engineering - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the Identity Access Management team within Security Engineering, you'll be responsible for supporting the operational health of our IAM services, ensuring timely, secure, and stable identity access for internal teams and external customers.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to support tickets via Jira Service Management.
• Prioritize and work through tickets based on severity and SLAs.
• Investigate and diagnose issues reported in support tickets.
• Provide effective technical support to internal and external teams.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve production incidents.
• Maintain a positive relationship with engineering peers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of technical concepts in Identity Access Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills for technical information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
• Basic understanding of Identity Access Management concepts.
• Experience with Okta is desirable.
• Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools is a plus.
