Overview

Xebia is seeking a Web Performance Optimization Specialist to enhance web performance and site speed for various clients. The role involves analyzing and optimizing web performance metrics, particularly focusing on Core Web Vitals.

In Short

Analyze and optimize web performance with a focus on Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).
Improve site speed using tools like Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools.
Optimize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for better performance and faster rendering.
Identify and eliminate render-blocking resources to enhance page load speed.
Enhance React.js application performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders.

Requirements

Experience with web performance optimization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with performance tools like Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals metrics.
Experience with React.js is a plus.
