Overview

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking Case Reviewers who will be part of a dynamic team supporting our client by reviewing reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the client.

In Short

• Conduct thorough reviews of background investigation reports.
• Provide guidance on background investigation requirements.
• Maintain quality production that meets contract requirements.
• Identify trends in errors and communicate findings.
• Work closely with review team members to develop training.

Requirements

• Completion of New Reviewer/Investigator Training course.
• Ability to complete a pre-selection process.
• Work experience as a Case Reviewer.
• Ability to obtain a PIV and/or CAC card.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of customer service and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to national security.
