We are currently seeking an experienced CDI Second Level Reviewer to join our team for a full-time remote position.

In Short

• Perform high-level, secondary case reviews to ensure accurate and comprehensive provider documentation.
• Identify potential gaps or opportunities for improved provider documentation through timely reviews.
• Collaborates with CDI, coding and providers to enhance clinical documentation quality and identifies trends and opportunities for documentation improvement.

Requirements

• CCDS or CDIP certification required.
• RN preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ CDI experience.
• The ability to communicate with physicians and hospital staff in a collaborative manner to promote appropriate clinical documentation and quality improvement is a must.
