As the IT & Corporate Security Lead at XBOW, you will support internal systems and security measures in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on compliance and infrastructure security.

• Own and operate all internal IT systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with internal IT systems and mobile device management.
• Hands-on corporate security experience.
• Experience with network monitoring and logging solutions.
• AWS security and infrastructure management experience.
• Okta experience for identity management.
• Experience supporting remote workers.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2.
• Background in startups or small companies.
• Comfortable as an individual contributor.
• Comfortable with remote working and async communication.
