Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences for our Legal AI solutions, collaborating closely with lawyers, researchers, and engineers.

• Lead the UX/UI design process with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Prototype and iterate designs for legal professionals using AI tools.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design phases.
• Advocate for user-centered design through insights and user testing.
• Stay updated on conversational AI trends to enhance user interactions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product design focused on UX/UI.
• Strong expertise in Figma and usability testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of accessibility principles.
• Fluent German (C2 level) for professional communication.
• No prior AI experience required, but familiarity with conversational AI tools is a plus.
• Startup mindset with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
