Senior Interior Designer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our design management team on a one-of-a-kind ultra-luxury development, overseeing the creative and technical delivery of world-class interior environments.

In Short

• Oversee creative and technical delivery of luxury interior environments.
• Review and guide development of interior design concepts and layouts.
• Coordinate with consultants to deliver high-quality detailed packages.
• Lead design reviews and material approval processes.
• Provide direction on materials and finishes based on luxury trends.
• Support integration of design with architecture and fit-out teams.
• Manage design changes and technical challenges with stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and sample boards.
• Minimum 10 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional design sensibility and technical detailing capabilities.
• Familiarity with luxury brands and international design trends.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Experience on ultra-luxury or giga projects preferred.
• LEED/WELL or other sustainability credentials are a plus.
• Understanding of local authority processes in the region.
• Experience with mockup inspections is advantageous.
