Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Field Project Manager to manage projects and lead teams, ensuring successful delivery and quality control.

In Short

• Manage small projects with minimal support.
• Lead Task Order proposals and define project goals.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Establish and monitor project budgets.
• Create risk registers and track mitigation measures.
• Develop project documents and procedures.
• Work with Project Controller on forecasts.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize MS Project for project management.
• Ensure quality control and final project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Proven management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• No security clearance required.
• Part of the Federal Solutions team.
