Policy & Agreements Analyst - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Policy and Agreements Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Office of Corporate Operations (DXC) by providing policy and support agreement analysis, planning, and lifecycle management in compliance with laws and regulations.

In Short

• Analyze NGA and external agencies’ MOUs, MOAs, and IAAs for compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in drafting and coordinating agreements.
• Advise and assist Support Agreements Officers with agreement coordination.
• Monitor agreement taskers for critical comments and requests.
• Provide detailed Support Agreement lifecycle management.
• Assist in the Annual NGA Support Agreements Review.
• Review existing Support Agreements for updates.
• Maintain the support agreements database.
• Follow mandated NGA requirements on records management.
• Contribute to the success of missions around the globe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in reviewing high-level governance documents.
• Experience with systemic reviews of Agency Support Agreements.
• Experience working with senior leaders and legal/financial stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Demonstrated experience in task management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with NGAI 4000.19, Support Agreements.
