Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Electrical Field Engineer to oversee the electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

• Lead and manage the electrical field engineering team.
• Ensure electrical work meets project specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in construction and project management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is desirable.
• Safety certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with advanced electrical tools or software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
