Overview

The Landscape/Irrigation Inspector will perform complex inspection tasks to ensure compliance with codes and standards while coordinating with contractors and maintaining detailed records.

• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain a detailed diary of daily work activities.
• Interface with the public to mitigate construction impacts.
• Coordinate daily with the contractor’s foreman.
• Arrange for sampling and testing of completed work.
• Report any failure of the contractor to conform to specifications.
• Maintain records for interim and final payment.
• Check traffic control zones for proper signage.
• Enforce safety plans on site.
• Document any accidents that occur on site.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Landscape, Irrigation or related course).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must be in the UAE.
