Violations Inspector - Remote

Overview

The Violations Inspector is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department, performing various job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned.

In Short

• Assist in department operations with additional responsibilities as needed.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
• Perform drive-through violation inspections in assigned areas.
• Take photos and create inspection reports.
• Respond to emails from homeowners, Property Managers, and Board of Directors.
• Schedule community inspections and conduct board member ride-alongs.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills required.
• Work primarily remote with occasional presence required at company meetings.
• Must reside in or near Raleigh area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to adapt to changing work demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
